Role Models at NATO with Danielle Kazadi Mbuyi

DANIELLE KAZADI MBUYI is currently Assistant of the Afghanistan & Iraq Team within the Operations Division of the International Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.  

In 2010, she completed almost two years in Afghanistan working as the Personal Assistant to the NATO Senior Civilian Representative at ISAF Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. From 2000 – 2008 she was Assistant at the Weapons of Mass Destruction Centre within the Political Affairs and Security Policy Division of the International Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

She has worked extensively for international organisations. From 1997 – 2000 she worked at the Western European Union, Secretariat-General, Political Affairs Division, first at the General Affairs Section, than at the Defence Policy Section. Before that, she had filled a series of administrative posts in the European Commission, General-Directorate for Industry, Research and Technological Development Actions: Information Technology – DG III/F0; and the General-Directorate for Science, Research and Development – DG XII/C2.
